If this person just visit the website and could not purchase any product then its not your problem, your purpose is just to convey the people, which increase the CTR (Click to Read). But in E-mail Marketing you could not earn as much you can earn in Affiliate.
In E-mail marketing you could not sent the fake information and could not sent Spam which is totally illegal according to the Internet marketing and create a bad impression about your service because mostly hackers use this trick for making fool.
