In online marketing some persons hire the peoples for work, these employees are called virtual assistant because the have lot of work and they heir some one to his own ease. They sent some works with information that how can you complete the work and instead of this work he pays to those persons.
The virtual assistant means a person who is hired by the business man for help sake. The marketer bargains with him regarding his help, when the process of bargaining is complete and finalized with terms and conditions, the marketer gives him some clue to complete the assigned job and when hired man completes his job according to the intention and desires of marketer some reward in the form of money is granted to hired man.
Like Ali is a marketer and he accept to write a book in Rs.5000/- for any Institute. But he have no time to write a book and he hires a person to write a book at low cost i.e Rs.3000/- Ali will be regarded marketer and bargain person will be consider hired man or a virtual assistant.
